RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
REGULAR PRICED AND SALES MERCHANDISE
Customers may return or exchange items up to 14 days after delivery. If the item you purchased went on sale within 14 days of your purchase date we will refund the price difference at your request.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE DETAILS
Please allow up to 14 days from the time you mail the return or exchange for our team to receive it and process the request. Refunds for returns or new product exchanges will be provided once the item has been received and inspected. Failure to provide the item back in its original Lordgn branded packaging will result in a repackaging fee of $6. Customers returning items for a refund will not be refunded the original shipping cost. For all clothing returns and exchanges, items must be unwashed, unworn and the original tags still attached. If your requested size is not in stock, we will ship the item when it becomes available or if it is discontinued we will contact you directly about a refund or exchange. Lordgn is not accountable for items that are lost or damaged in the mail.

If your purchase was shipped with an upgraded shipping method i.e USPS, with a shipping address in the United States, please contact email@example.com to request a label. Our customer service team will then send you the return label via email
Upon confirmation of payment your item will be processed for shipment within 1-2 business days. A tracking code will be issued to the email you registered with. For international tracked shipments, expect a 12-21 Business day delivery time. We will not be held responsible for lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided.
